Easy 7-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer an easy 7-day exchange policy.

• Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Free Exchange (Our Fault): If there is any issue, defect, or mistake from our side (such as a wrong size or damaged item sent), the exchange is 100% free of charge. We will have the replacement parcel picked up and delivered via courier at no extra cost to you.

• Standard Exchange Charges: For exchanges requested due to other reasons (such as a change of mind regarding color or size), a nominal courier exchange charge of PKR 500 will apply. The replacement parcel will be handled smoothly through our courier partner.

• Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customized sizes or custom-designed abayas are made specially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
