- Item must be in its original packaging

- Share your order number and reason for exchange with photos
- Our team will confirm and guide you through the process
Delivery Charges
- If wrong item or defective product was sent: We cover the courier charges
- Size exchange: Customer bears the courier charges
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale/discounted items
- Customized or stitched-to-order items
- Items without original tags
